Work ACFE Greece
Registration, tickets and hybrid access, built for one conference
Off-the-shelf ticketing couldn't handle the way ACFE Greece actually sells seats. So we built the system around their rules.

WHAT WE DID
- Product design
- Node.js and SQLite build
- Stripe payments and bank transfers
- QR tickets and door check-in
- Transactional email
- Self-hosted video calls (Jitsi)
- 275+registrations by 15 Sept
- 1signed QR ticket per attendee
- 0third-party accounts for attendees
THE BRIEF
Members and non-members, group bookings that mix in-person and online seats, Greek invoices, bank transfers next to cards, and a waiting list once the hall fills. Every generic platform needed a spreadsheet beside it.
WHAT WE DID
One small, fast app built around their rules. The server recalculates every price, cards go through Stripe on the page, and every attendee gets a signed QR ticket scanned at the door. Online guests get a personal link into the 3D venue, and video calls run on our own server.
WHAT CHANGED
The organisers stopped reconciling spreadsheets. In-person seats sold past capacity into a waiting list, and every online guest arrived with a link that worked.
