Who we are

Onrain (TODO legal name, VAT number, address) is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@onrain.gr.

What we collect

• Contact form: name, company, email, service of interest, budget range and your message. We use it only to reply and, if we work together, to prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Analytics: we use cookieless analytics (Umami, self-hosted on our own server). It records page views without cookies and without storing IP addresses.
• Server logs: our host and Cloudflare process IP addresses briefly for security.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: TODO (e.g. 24 months), then deleted. Server logs: TODO days.

Who we share it with

Our hosting provider (Hostinger, TODO data-centre location), Cloudflare (CDN and security) and our email provider (TODO). We don’t sell data.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing. Email hello@onrain.gr. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
